On May 26, the 2021 China Cyber Integrity Conference "Integrity Appointment in Star City" gesture dance online event was launched in Changsha, which was organized by the China Network Social Organization Federation, Hunan Provincial Office of Cyberspace Affairs Commission, and Changsha Municipal People’s Government. It was themed with "Inheriting the revolutionary culture and conveying the spirit of integrity". More than one hundred trainees from the "Content Auditing Campus Training Base", which was jointly established by the School of Journalism and Communication and Mango TV, participated in the event under the guidance of instructors Xiong Wenting and Lai Xin.

At the launching ceremony, the students together with the national moral model Wen Huazhi and Mango TV entertainers performed gesture dance in the form of flash mob. The healthy, energetic and fashionable performance demonstrated the positive energy spread by young people as a new force and their devotion to build a clear cyberspace.

Instructed by teachers, the students learned that Hunan, as the main birthplace of the Chinese revolution, was a revolutionary hot spot that has attracted people’s attention nationwide. In recent years, Hunan has taken an active participation in the improvement of the cyber integrity system and cultivation of cyber integrity culture, continuing to make new progress in the construction of network integrity. The students at the event also hardened their resolve to tell a good story of integrity in Changsha, the city of media art, and to use innovative creativity to provide a fertile ground for the building of a cyber integrity ecosystem.

This school-enterprise collaborative practice took the Cyber Integrity Conference as an opportunity to allow the base’s trainees to better understand cyber security, guide them to establish a value orientation that adapts to social demand and enhance professional practical ability. They need to strengthen their sense of social responsibility to serve the country and the people so as to grow into youths of the era with outstanding comprehensive abilities and a sense of moral responsibility.

It is reported that the China Cyber Integrity Conference is currently the only annual grand event with the theme of cyber integrity construction in China. It is organized by the China Network Social Organization Federation, Hunan Provincial Office of Cyberspace Affairs Commission, and Changsha Municipal People’s Government and co-organized by CCTV.com, Changsha Municipal Office of Cyberspace Affairs Commission, and Mango TV. The event lasted for one and a half months. During the event, Tik Tok, Tencent Weishi, Inke, Bilibili TV, Huya, Meitu, Qutoutiao, Kuaishou and other platforms were simultaneously launched on the livestream rooms and invited celebrities and netizens to pass on the positive energy in the gesture dance online activity. The results of the event will be displayed at the 2021 China Cyber Integrity Conference to be held in Changsha, Hunan on July 15.
