On Feb. 27, a group of 5 experts from Hunan First Normal University, headed by Vice President Zhou Faming, came to HNMMC for on-site supervision on the employment and entrepreneurship “top management project” for graduates of the general institutes of higher education in Hunan Province in 2022. The main purpose of this special inspection is to implement the spirit of relevant national and Hunan provincial documents and meetings and the development of employment and entrepreneurship work, focusing on the condition guarantee, work implementation, effectiveness and experience characteristics.

At the on-site supervision report meeting, the supervision experts, He Zhanbing, Xie Jingwei, Cheng Guizhen, Xu Jingxue, Lei Junlin, Zhu Dan, Yang Jinhui, Shen Jianfei and other leaders of the college, the directors of relevant functional departments, the Party secretaries and directors of the secondary schools attended the meeting. Vice President Lei Junlin presided over the meeting and delivered a welcome speech. Zhou Faming briefly introduced the background and purpose of the supervision and deployed the related work.

President He Zhanbing, on behalf of the administration and Party committee of the college, reported on the implementation of the "top management project" of employment and entrepreneurship in the college with the topic of "Multi-Measures and Double-Wheel Drive, Creating a Business Card of Media Vocational Education for College Students' Employment and Entrepreneurship". In terms of main practices, working results, experience features, existing problems and direction of efforts, he elaborated the concept and measures of the college to treat the employment and entrepreneurship work of graduates as the quality project, people's livelihood project and conscience project.

After the meeting, the team looked into the employment and entrepreneurship work through field visit, student employment data verification by phone call, teacher representatives seminar and relevant materials review.

At the feedback meeting held afterwards, Zhou Faming gave suggestions to the college on behalf of the supervision team. He said that the college has attached great importance to the employment and entrepreneurship work of graduates, and earnestly implemented the "top management project", taking effective measures with clear development orientation, distinctive features, and outstanding highlights, and achieving fruitful results. Especially under the condition of normal epidemic prevention and control, the college considered the employment work of graduates as the most important political task, and seriously implemented the instructions of the Ministry of Education and the Department of Education of Hunan Province on the employment work of college graduates by taking multiple measures to promote the effective implementation of the "top management project" of innovation and entrepreneurship work. At the same time, he put forward valuable opinions on the shortcomings of our college’s employment and entrepreneurship work.
