On February 24, Li Sanfu, Secretary of the Party Committee of HNMMC, led the college leadership and the persons in charge of relevant departments to carry out safety inspection in the new semester.

The college leaders came to the teaching building, training building, student apartment, logistics service building and affiliated experimental elementary school to check the campus safety respectively. The inspection mainly focused on apartment safety, fire safety, epidemic prevention and control, dietetic hygiene safety, teaching facilities management, security facilities and the surrounding environment of the campus, and so on. For the problems found in the inspection, the responsible personnel should record in detail and clarify the rectification measures.

Party secretary Li Sanfu pointed out that in recent years, the college has made great achievements in the construction of a safe college, and has not only been evaluated as an advanced unit directly under the Education Work Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and the Department of Education of Hunan Province in the assessment of safe construction for five consecutive years, but also selected as a project unit of "safe construction demonstration school" in the province in 2023. At the beginning of the new semester, all secondary schools, teaching departments, divisions (offices) and other departments must raise their political status, strengthen campus safety management, effectively implement the relevant provisions, and ensure a thorough work related to the safety of teachers and students.

While checking the safety work, the college leaders expressed their greetings for the new semester to the staff and encouraged them to work with full enthusiasm and make contributions to accelerate the connotation construction and characteristic development of the college.
