“To form a school-enterprise alliance, create a party-building brand, commend advanced models, and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the funding of the Communist Party of China”. On June 30, Sunward Equipment Co., Ltd. and Hunan Mass Media Vocational and Technical College jointly held a commendation meeting and art performance in celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

The leadership present were Wang Guishu, deputy secretary of the leading Party members' group and deputy director of the Education Department of Hunan Province, deputy secretary of the Education Working Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, deputy leader of the Secretary Group of the Educational Work Leading Group of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, Zhang Zhiping, deputy director of the Industry and Information Technology Department of Hunan Province, Zhang Qinghong ,deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiang Xiaoming, the president of the Academy of Ideological and Political Courses for National Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges and the secretary of the Party Committee of Changsha Social Work College. He Qinghua, chaiman of Sunward and chief expert, Yuan Weikun, secretary of the Party Committee of HNMMC, the Party members and cadres of both sides, and the representatives of the outstanding Party workers and Party members participated in the event. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Daqing, deputy general manager of Sunward.

The event was participated by Zhou Zhiyuan, member of the Party Working Committee, secretary of the Disciplinary Work Committee, and director of the Supervisory Committee of Changsha Economic Development Zone, Deng Guangliang, director of the Industrial Policy Division of the Industry and Information Technology Department of Hunan Province, Liu Shigang, a full-time Party building instructor dispatched to Sunward by the Changsha municipal government, Ma Yujun, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of the HNMMC, Feng Yisu, former president of the college, Fu Xiangdong, general manager of Sunward, and Xia Zhihong, executive general manager of Sunward.

The conference kicked off with the solemn national anthem. At the meeting, 82 outstanding Communist Party members, 34 outstanding Party workers, and 12 advanced primary Party organizations from the company and the college were commended. The Sunward Party Building brand was released during the meeting. Yuan Weikun, Party secretary of the college and Wu Wenwei, arty Secretary of Sunward signed a school-enterprise Party building alliance agreement.

As the host, Yuan Weikun, on behalf of the college, delivered a speech. Yuan pointed out that Sunward had managed to become a "top 50 global construction machinery manufacturer" in the past 22 years, and Hunan Mass Media Vocational and Technical College had been serving as the cradle of "talents in broadcasting and television of Hunan" for 21 years. They have left strong evidences in the development history to show that only by adhering to the Party’s leadership and sticking to the core concept that using high-quality party building to lead high-quality development, will there be development and growth of various practices and notable successes, and will enterprise employees and school faculty have a sense of gain and happiness. He Qinghua made a speech at the meeting. He indicated that along with the glorious history of the Chinese Communist Party for a hundred years, Sunward has traversed an unusual development road. He has been encouraged by the feelings of serving the country through strengthening industry and the persistence in pursuit of career to overcome the ups and downs of life and launch a business for Sunward. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized when inspecting Sunward on September 17, 2020: "The key core technology must be firmly in our own hands and so does the manufacturing industry." To live up to the Xi's expectations, Sunward put forward the strategic goal of "20 billion in two years, doubling again in five years", to fully strengthen, optimize and expand the company.

At the meeting, Zhang Qinghong, on behalf of the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of Changsha Economic Development Zone, extended holiday greetings to the Communist Party members and Party workers. Zhang Qinghong mentioned that at the time of the 100 anniversary of the funding of the Communist Party of China, Sunward and the HNMMC joined forces to form a Party building alliance to create a unique Party building brand, leading a new model of school-enterprise cooperation of "Party building by cooperation and coordination", innovating the work style of Party building and enhancing the influence of the "Red +" Party building brand.

Wang Guishu made a remark that the signing ceremony of the Party Building Alliance between Sunward and the HNMMC was not only an innovative product of deepening the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation, but also an effective exploration for the school and enterprise to utilize their Party building advantages to make a new progress in Party building, which would definitely become a new brand of school-enterprise Party building cooperation. He pointed out that the college and the enterprise should strengthen the leadership of Party building and open a new chapter in development by exploring and forming more, newer, propagable, and reproducible models and paths for Party building. We must accumulate innovation momentum, stimulate new vitality of the college and enterprise, and make the first move in cultural innovation, guiding our work with innovative thinking, and accelerating development with innovative methods. We must seize development opportunities, strive to build the new Hunan, and make newer and greater contributions to the implementation of the "Three highlands and Four New Missions" strategy and the construction of a modern new Hunan .

After the commendation meeting, the teachers and students of HNMMC and the employees of Sunward jointly presented a splendid artistic performance, in praise of the centenary of the Communist Party of China for its permanent spirit and concerted efforts to forge ahead.
