On April 27, the college organized a training on the procurement business of Hunan Provincial Government Procurement in E-market.
The training was delivered by Ms. Yang Juan, the head of government procurement of the Ability Project Consulting Co., Ltd., and Mr. Zhu Guanghuai from Hunan Pangda Information Technology Co., Ltd. (the developer of the college's bidding management system). People responsible for bidding and procurement from secondary schools, teaching departments, divisions (offices), and affiliated units participated in the training. In the course, Ms. Yang explained in detail the relevant policy documents of Hunan provincial government procurement in e-market. Mr. Zhu dwelled on the entire process of government procurement. The Bidding Office made an explanation on the important details during purchasing in the E-market in line with the specific conditions of the college.
It is reported that the Hunan Provincial Government Procurement Electronic Market is a cloud service platform that integrates online transactions, supervision and services. This training aims to actively promote the popularization and application of the platform, and create a more standardized, transparent, efficient, open, and impartial procurement environment.
