On April 20, the School of Management organized party members of teachers and students majoring in E-commerce to visit the Convergence Media Center of Ningxiang City.
With a strong support by the Center, the teachers and students, under the guidance of the staff, visited the center’s new offices, which were prepared with the cutting-edge communication equipment of new media, and watched the live broadcast of marketing for rural revitalization.
After the visit, teachers and students had a discussion with leaders of the Center and related staff working in the front-line. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the issues, such as "operation skills on we media and short video", "differentiation between local e-commerce platforms and national platforms", and others. In the collision of theory and practice, participants were extremely excited for what they have learned.
It is reported that this activity was designed to give students a more intuitive understanding of the short video planning and production, the workflow of the live broadcast marketing and job capability requirements so as to stimulate students' enthusiasm for professional study.
