On December 11, the Education Department of Hunan Province issued the Hunan Provincial Education Notice [2020] No. 302 "Notice on the Supervision Results of the “Top Leadership Project” in the Employment of General College and Universities Graduates in Hunan Province in 2020". HNMMC was once again awarded the title of Excellent Unit and commended by the Hunan Provincial Department of Education. The college has been rated as an outstanding unit three times consecutively since 2016.

The college has always attached great importance to students’ employment and entrepreneurship. Especially in recent years, the college has adhered to the implementation of the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC. Rooted in strengthening moral education and cultivating people and aiming to achieve more sufficient and higher-quality employment, the college has made great achievements by innovating work ideas, improving working mechanisms, strengthening condition guarantee and extending work tentacles. In 2019, HNMMC’s initial employment rate was 87.85%, and the rate in 2020 reached 83.64%, ranking among the top colleges and universities in Hunan province.
