On the morning of December 27, the closing ceremony of the 2021 Hunan Vocational College Skills Competition was held in the Academic Hall of HNMMC. Peng Fuqiang, the first deputy director designated by the provincial government and vice-president of Hunan Communication Polytechnic, Lei Junlin, vice-president of the college, responsible peple of the competition items, team leaders and chief referees attended the closing ceremony.

At the closing ceremony, Lei Junlin summarized the organization of the college as a competition unit. She pointed out that this competition is a big competition of the skill level of students in Broadcasting, Film and Television, Art Design, Computer and other related specialties in vocational colleges in our province. It is not only an important opportunity for outstanding skilled talents to show themselves but also a grand meeting for peer colleges and universities to share and exchange experience of talent cultivation. She emphasized that China's vocational education has entered a new stage of high-quality development that requires quality, value and ability improvement. The vocational education in the new era will be promising, which inspires higher vocational students to use products to interpret their strengths and add luster to vocational education.

Peng Fuqiang, on behalf of the Office of the Hunan Vocational College Skills Competition Organizing Committee, spoke highly of the success of the competition and expressed warm congratulations to the contestants who achieved excellent results in the competition. He pointed out that through this competition, the students of our province's vocational colleges have demonstrated excellent technical quality and the good spirit. He hopes that all contestants will consider this as a new starting point, studying hard and striving for perfection to realize their life dream step by step, and make greater contributions to serving our province's new strategy of "three highs and four new" and building a modernized new Hunan.

Contest event experts, Professor Zhou Haiqing, Professor Mo Meifeng, and Section Chief Li Yahong respectively made wonderful comments on the contestants in the events of Animation Production, Micro-video Production and Mobile Convergence Media Application Technology, pointing out a direction for participating colleges and contestants to improve the competition performance in the follow-up.
This competition produced 76 team awards and 41 individual awards. The college has won a total of 8 awards, including 2 first prizes in Micro-video production, 2 first prizes in Mobile Convergence Media Application Technology, 3 first prizes and a second prize in Animation Production.
