On November 10th, Xu Jingxue, Vice President of the HNMMC, together with Shen Jianfei, Director of the School of Visual Arts, and Guo Zhelan, Qi Xiaoying and Zhang Xiaoyue, teachers from the Teaching and Research Office of Interior Design and the Teaching and Research Office of Environmental Art Design once again visited to Tianxinqiao Village to conduct a report on the Conceptual Planning and Design of Tianxinqiao Village, Daweishan Town, Liuyang City.
The meeting was held in the meeting room of Tianxinqiao Village. The village secretary, villager representatives, expert representatives, and budgeting specialists participated in the meeting. The participants listened to the reports on the conceptual planning and design of Tianxinqiao Village, and had a discussion and exchange on the plan.
At the meeting, teacher Qi Xiaoying, on behalf of the design team, reported on the transformation of village appearance, industrial optimization and upgrading, greening design, and homestay design from the aspects of geographic location, policy analysis, design ideas and plans, as well as specific implementation plans.
Li Zheng, Secretary of Tianxinqiao Village, fully affirmed the design scheme, and spoke highly of teachers and students for their meticulous work and high professional level. It is believed that the whole plan adheres to the Party’s principles and policies unswervingly, and starts with the three national strategies of "Village Revitalization" "Sponge village", and "Carbon Neutralization". It provides a tailored plan with a systematic and comprehensive transformation design to Tianxinqiao Village in accordance with local customs and conditions, which has a strong practicability. The plan puts forward a cost-saving and implementable design plan for the problem of the original housing construction being relatively dilapidated. To enrich the stratification of the original roadside landscape, it plans to use a plant landscape to create a village footpath with beautiful scenery at all seasons. Taking advantage of its favorable location, suggestions and plans for the renovation of homestays were put forward for the development of the tourism industry, which is of great significance to the construction of the beautiful countryside of Tianxinqiao Village in the future. Meanwhile, Li Zheng proposed that the design plan needs to be further improved and upgraded to strengthen the lighting part in the public area.
At the meeting, Xu Jingxue said that this plan is systematic and holistic that covers both the national policy and the implementation of the project. It considers both rural construction and industrial layout, and has perspectiveness to take into account both the current and the future. The plan is adapted to the local conditions and highly implementable, which is a guideline that starts from the public service area.
