On May 27, the college held the work arrangement meeting for the 2021 graduates leaving school. Lei Junlin, the Vice President of the college, attended and delivered a speech. The leaders of the Student Affairs Department, the Party and Administration Office, the Publicity and United Front Department and other relevant departments, the secretaries of the secondary Party branches and the student affairs officers attended the meeting.
The meeting made a well-planned arrangement on the procedure of leaving school for the 2021 graduates and adopted the Work Plan for the 2021 Graduates Leaving School, Centenary of the founding of the Communist Party, we are young - Graduation Ceremony for Students of the Class of 2021 and Serial Activities Arrangement for the 2021 Graduates Leaving School.
Lei Junlin put forward five requirements for the work: Firstly, it was necessary to refine measures and assign responsibilities to the people to secure a smooth procedure for the graduates leaving school. Secondly, to reinforce management and do a good job in safety education. Thirdly, to provide good services and improve security. Fourthly, to boost publicity and create a sound atmosphere. Fifthly, to strengthen mobilization and cohesiveness.
It is reported that the college will carry out a series of activities, such as the graduation ceremony of "Centenary of the founding of the Communist Party, we are young", the 2021 graduates’ career planning training lecture, the 20th Youth League cadres symposium, the "Dreams of Butterfly" farewell party for the graduates, the work exhibition and the chorus, themed with "The centenary of the founding of the Party, we are young". In this way, the college hopes to encourage and guide graduates to work hard, be grateful to the alma mater, and reciprocate the society.
The purpose of this conference is to reinforce the education management of graduates, build a healthy, orderly and harmonious campus, and ensure that all graduates leave school in a safe, civilized, and smooth manner.
