On December 30, the college held a meeting on teaching supervision at the end of the second semester of 2019. President Ma Yujun, Vice President Lei Junlin, Head of the Office of Academic Affairs and all members of the college teaching supervision team attended.

At the meeting, the Head of the Office of Academic Affairs made a general report to the college leadership on the work and role of the college ’s teaching supervision group this year, emphasizing that the college’s teaching supervision group has achieved “three persistences” throughout the year: persisting to complete the task of attending and evaluating classes as scheduled with high efficiency; persisting to regularly publish the "Supervisory Briefing"; persisting to be inclusive and achieve the combination of "supervision" and "mentoring". The college highly recognized the vital role of the college teaching supervision team in the construction of the college's connotation, and put forward suggestions for the teaching supervision in 2020.

Each supervision expert made a detailed summary of the completion of personal supervision work in the current year based on the teaching duties and work requirements of the college. The teaching supervision team of the college focuses on the work of the center of the college and deepen into the front line of teaching and secondary schools. Moreover, the team reported the problems in the teaching supervision, the highlights of the work of the secondary schools and successful experience in the form of "Supervision Teaching Bulletin". It has played an important role in feedback of the teaching problems, advocating advanced models, and introducing successful experience. Throughout the year, the teaching supervision team prepared a total of 14 "Supervision Teaching Bulletins", with 80 lessons per capita, more than 30 interviews per person, and over 6 evaluations per person in teaching, research, and educational reform projects, which exerted a good influence in solving the teaching problems of the college.

President Ma Yujun expressed his sincere gratitude for the contributions made by the experts of the teaching supervision team and the professionalism of conscientiously performing their duties after the work report delivered by the teaching supervision team. At the same time, according to the current development status of the college, the teaching supervision group has put forward several suggestions. It was expected that the secondary management system of the teaching supervision of the schools and college would be improved as soon as possible, and the supervision team of the six colleges would be further guided to conduct the work of the supervision team and do a good job in the passing on the experience, assistance and guidance.
 Vice president Lei Junlin once again expressed her heartfelt thanks to the supervision experts for their contributions throughout the year as well and put forward three requirements: First, strengthen the study and research of the new situation of vocational education, new competitions, and new documents; the second is to strengthen the research and supervision of promoting the ideological and political reform of the college curriculum; the third is to demonstrate the good effects of the college teachers.
