On November 7, the secretary of the general Party branch of the secondary schools, the full-time and part-time counselors, and the relevant staff of the Student Affairs Office participated in the quality development training activity with the theme of "staying true to the mission and forging ahead with hardship" on Qianlong lake quality development base. President Ma yujun, secretary of the discipline inspection commission Cheng Guizhen, and vice president Xu Jingxue participated in the activity.

To inspire individual potential and promote team collaboration, the training divided the faculty into four teams randomly with different team song, flags and slogans. Led by captain, they put their heads together to create their own unique team culture, and experienced the ice-breaker, shifting and other training items. Later, the teams visited the former site of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee of Jinggang and got close to the life of the revolutionary martyrs.

Through the experiential quality development training activity, the communication and understanding between the counselors have been enhanced by deeply experiencing the importance of unity and cooperation, challenge and transcendence, responsibility and dedication to the growth of individuals and the team. Counselors indicated that they have benefited a lot from this training activity by challenging themselves and cooperation to enhance each other's friendship. They would apply what they learned in this training to the practice of student management and service, making contributions to the development of ideological and political education for college students.
