On December 3, HNMMC held the signing ceremony of "content audit training base" jointly constructed with Mango TV. The ceremony was witnessed by Li Ying, member of Department Affairs Association of the Publicity Department of Hunan provincial Party committee, Qu Guiquan, deputy director of Cyberspace Administration of Hunan provincial Party committee, Yuan Weikun, Party secretary of HNMMC, president Ma Yujun, deputy secretary of Party committee,Liu Guoqing, vice president Xie Jingwei, CEO of Mango TV Cai Huaijun, directors of relevant departments and offices as well as hundreds of teachers and students.
More than 100 teachers and students witnessed the college and Mango TV formally signed the cooperation agreement in the Academic Hall of the college at 10a.m.. Yuan Weikun, Li Ying, Qu Guiquan, and Cai Huaijun unveiled the nameplate of the "content audit training base together". Vice president Xie Jingwei signed the contract on behalf of the college.
Ma Yujun made a speech at the signing ceremony. He stressed that cooperation with Mango TV was the internal requirement for the progress of the college under the new situation and a strategic measure to achieve win-win situation, which had far-reaching significance for the development of the college. He hoped that the students involved in the project would cherish the opportunity and earnestly fulfill the responsibilities of network audiovisual auditors to make contributions to the construction of Internet content in Hunan, the network comprehensive management system, and building a clear network space.
At the signing ceremony, Li Ying expressed that both sides would stick to be political-oriented by keeping in mind the mission and maintain long-term cooperation to cultivate reserve talents, striving to explore a more effective model for network publicity and even the whole country in the field of university-enterprise cooperation and providing more feasible plans for the ecological construction on Internet.
Qu Guiquan noted that the two sides would be expected to pay special attention to the mainstream ideology education and network security talent cultivation according to the principle of "long-term cooperation, mutual benefit" so as to promote the “combination of production and study and collaborative education” to a higher level of development. It sets up a benchmark for school-enterprise integrative development and produced youth vitality even the whole country youth flowing production strength.
Later on, Li Ying and others observed the first publicity-oriented training at the "content audit training base", and gave full affirmation to the construction of the base.
Aiming to cultivate versatile audit talents to meet the needs of the new times, the "content audit practice base" combined the content audit requirements of the video network platform with the college talents cultivation. Through detailed evaluation mechanism and the score evaluation mode, the college set up different amount and type of grants and subsidies to encourage the students' enthusiasm to learn and practice. A scientific and systematic training courses system has been made to integrate modules with the practical training, including special training, simulation field, regular check, frontier exploration, online courses, and offline sharing. Besides, a series of training and lecture would be regularly conducted to build a “Mango second classroom”, an integration of extracurricular practice, academic exchanges, and employment guidance so as to train and enhance students’ ability through the base training and club activities.
