On October 14, the School of Management held the opening ceremony of the 2019 Campus Business Festival and the school-enterprise cooperation talent training base. Vice president Lei Junlin and Vice president Xie Jingwei attended the event, which was witnessed by general manager Zhang Jian and deputy general manager Liu Fang of Hunan Xinghuo Fengcheng Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., as well as around 200 students and teachers from specialities of E-commerce, Cultural Creativity and Planning, Communication and Planning and others.

The festival consisted of five main events, including the opening ceremony of the 2019 Campus Business Festival and the school-enterprise cooperation talent training base, Spark E-commerce Skills Competition, Business Campus Auction, "Bloom, Youth!" -- the tryouts of the First Top Media Celebrities and the 2019 Campus Business Festival award ceremony. Ye yi, dean of the School of Management, pointed out in his speech that the festival was not only a new stage for students to learn professional knowledge and skills but also a new attempt to promote the coordinated development of specialities and create a new ecological environment for the cultivation of business talents. It enabled students to perceive the art of business and improve their business skills by experiencing the society, workplace and work.

Zhang Jian, general manager of Hunan Xinghuo Fengcheng Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., introduced the company’s technology, resources and talents, expressing his desire to jointly build innovation and entrepreneurship training base, develop practical education resources, and foster high-quality and high-end new business talents through in-depth integration of industry and education.

Vice president Xie Jingwei and general manager Zhang Jian presided over the awarding ceremony of the school-enterprise cooperation training base of Hunan Mass Media Vocational and Technical College and Hunan Xinghuo Fengcheng Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd.

In his speech, vice president Lei Junlin spoke highly of the opening ceremony of the Business Festival and expressed his hopes for its follow-up activities. She encouraged teachers and students to break through the bottlenecks of the school-enterprise cooperation through a series of business festival activities, so as to achieve the goal of jointly creating stars, famous teachers and business cards, and improve the quality of talent cultivation and the professional brands.
