On the morning of September 5th, the HNMMC convened a meeting in Conference Room 203 of the library to deploy the work for welcoming new students in 2023. Li Sanfu, the Secretary of the CPC HNMMC Committee, He Zhanbing, the President of HNMMC, and all relevant leaders from various secondary schools, teaching departments, the Party and Government Affairs Office, the Student Affairs Office, the Propaganda and United Front Work Department, the Academic Affairs Office, the Enrollment and Career Services Office, the Finance Office, the Logistics Office, the Security Office, the Property Management Company, and JETC attended the meeting.

The meeting focused on discussing various matters related to new student orientation and conducted on-site office work regarding the new student registration system, student dormitory management, and on-site preparations for the orientation.

President He Zhanbing pointed out that this new student orientation work is an opportunity to comprehensively showcase the college's good image. It is essential to communicate effectively with students and parents to demonstrate the college's high level of management and service. President He Zhanbing urged all department leaders to be present and actively involved during the orientation, swiftly address any issues that may arise, and make timely decisions. Relevant personnel must immerse themselves in frontline work and ensure meticulous and effective execution. Any issues repeatedly emphasized by the higher education authorities, such as cracking down on unauthorized fees and poor service attitudes, must be rigorously investigated to ensure that students can register smoothly and happily.

Li Sanfu made several instructions. Firstly, attach great importance and ensure effective implementation. Secondly, cooperate and coordinate efforts to form a united front. Departments should support each other based on clearly defined responsibilities to ensure that each task has someone responsible for it. Thirdly, provide warm and attentive service. Fourthly, prioritize safety and order while maintaining a transparent and upright working environment. During the orientation period, safety measures must be guaranteed, and strict order must be maintained, adhering to a culture of integrity and dedication in all work-related activities.
