On the morning of September 5th, 2023, HNMMC convened the Safety Work Meeting for the Second Semester of 2023 in Conference Room 203. All college leaders, heads of the Party and Government Affairs Office, Propaganda and United Front Work Department, Student Affairs Office, Training Center, Logistics and Infrastructure Department, Sports Teaching Department, Network Security and Information Office, and Security Department attended the meeting, along with secretaries from various general Party branches.

The head of the Security Department reported on the spirit of the Campus Telecommunication Fraud Prevention and Control Coordination Meeting in Changsha County on August 30th and the document from the Safety Production Committee Office of Changsha City regarding the "Action Plan for Concentrated Inspection and Rectification of Safety Hazards in Colleges and Universities in Changsha".

Zhu Dan, vice president of HNMMC provided relevant instructions regarding the start of the new semester and the campus safety risk assessment and management during the "National Day" holiday period.

He Zhanbing, president of HNMMC emphasized that safety responsibilities are of paramount importance and urged all departments to diligently implement safety responsibilities and conduct safety education for students in the new semester.

Li Sanfu, Secretary of the CPC HNMMC Committee, delivered a speech, making specific requirements for the campus safety work in terms of awareness, measures, implementation, and effectiveness.
