On the afternoon of September 7th, as the 39th Teachers' Day approached, HNMMC held a symposium for teacher representatives. All leaders attended the symposium, as well as teacher representatives from various positions and heads of relevant functional departments. Li Sanfu, the Secretary of the CPC HNMMC Committee, presided over the symposium.

During the symposium, the teacher representatives spoke enthusiastically, expressing their gratitude for the college’s care and concern, which has provided them with a sense of belonging, satisfaction and happiness in their work. They also offered suggestions and ideas on promoting the college’s internal development, implementing a student-centered approach, fostering campus culture, strengthening college-enterprise cooperation, enhancing professional competence, improving practical teaching standards, contributing to regional economic development, and increasing the college's social impact.

President He Zhanbing extended heartfelt thanks to all the teachers who have been diligently working on the frontlines of teaching, research, management, and service, and encouraged all teachers to be loyal, outstanding, dedicated, and steadfast in their commitment to creating a new phase of high-quality development for the college.

Secretary Li Sanfu extended holiday blessings to all teachers and thanked them for their hard work and dedication. Faced with new situations, challenges, and developments in the college's reform and growth, he hoped that all teachers would continue to excel in teaching, nurture good students, set a positive example, plan strategically, and build bridges, thereby contributing even more to the high-quality development of the college and the Party's educational mission.
