On the morning of September 27, professor Zhang Zhijun, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of China Education Television, was invited to HNMMC to give an academic lecture. President He Zhanbing presided over the lecture, and more than 200 teachers and students of relevant secondary schools attended in the Academic Lecture Hall.

The theme of this lecture is "Several Questions on the Metaverse". Zhang Zhijun elaborated what the Metaverse is from the source, attribute and definition, and explained the reason why Metaverse suddenly became popular from the four dimensions of science and technology, economy, society, and culture. From aspects of education, culture and entertainment, and health care, he summarized the benefits of the Metaverse to us. And from the political, economic, social and cultural and ethical fields, he revealed the existing problems of the Metaverse and put forward the social governance problems and solutions on it. During the lecture, Zhang Zhijun had a positive interaction with teachers and students.

Zhang Zhijun's academic lecture popularized the basic knowledge of the Metaverse for us, which not only has a guiding significance for the school to use the Metaverse thinking to accelerate the development of teaching reform in the future, but also helps teachers understand the influence of the Metaverse on the future vocational education. It provides new ideas and methods for the upgrading of the professional curriculum system, the expansion of core curriculum, and the construction of high-level teachers' teaching innovation team.

It is reported that Zhang Zhijun is now the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of China Education Television, doctoral supervisor, and an expert enjoying the special government allowance of the State Council. He is a specially-appointed professor of the "Thousand Talents Program" by China University of Political Science and Law, which is an employment program for Press practitioners engaged by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, and the colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education. He also works as the special researcher of Peking University Television Research Center, special researcher of Peking University Drama and Film Center, doctoral supervisor for Media Economics of the School of Economics and Management of the Communication University of China, consultant of the Media and Education Research Center of the Education Department of Beijing Normal University, the vice chairman of the TV Theory Professional Committee of China Television Artists Association, the member of the Children's Channel Advisory Committee of CCTV, the vice chairman of China Education Television Association, member of the Arts Committee of Beijing Research Base of Aesthetic Education and Civilization, member of the Beijing Senior Professional and Technical Position Evaluation Committee, and also a part-time professor or guest professor in many domestic universities.
