Recently, the "2023 Annual Report on Quality of Vocational Education in China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Annual Report"), compiled by the China National Academy of Educational Sciences, was officially released. HNMMC, in collaboration with Chang'an University and Maldives Villa College, has established the Chinese Language Center of Villa College, which has been included in the "Annual Report" as a typical case of leveraging the distinctive advantages of Chinese vocational education to continuously improve the level of education provided overseas.

The "Annual Report" notes, “HNMMC, in cooperation with Chang'an University and Maldives Villa College, established the first Chinese Language Center in the Maldives - Chinese Language Center of Villa College. This center, using Chinese language education as a bond, highlights the distinctive features of media vocational education. It integrates new media technology, develops 'Chinese Language + Vocational Skills' training programs, and creates a 'Chinese Language +' feature brand for Confucius Institutes".

It is reported that HNMMC was approved in March 2020 to cooperate with Chang'an University and Maldives Villa College to establish the Chinese Language Center of Villa College. Since the center's official inauguration on September 28, 2022, HNMMC has been leveraging the new development pattern, fully utilizing the advantages of international Chinese language teaching and the distinctive features of media education, continuously innovating international exchange and cooperation mechanisms, and thereby constantly enhancing the international influence of vocational education. The Chinese Language Center of Villa College has become an important achievement in the cultural and educational cooperation between China and the Maldives.
