On the morning of March 12th, the Vice President of our college, Lei Junlin, led the staff from the Office of Scientific Research Management to Changsha University for a research and exchange visit on scientific research management work. Zhang Shiying, a member of the CPC Committee and Vice President of Changsha University, received Lei Junlin and her team and held an exchange discussion. Heads of relevant departments, including the Office of Science and Technology and the Graduate School of Changsha University, participated in the discussion.

Lei Junlin expressed gratitude for the warm reception and meticulous preparation of Changsha University and briefly introduced the background and purpose of this research visit, as well as the basic situation of scientific research management work at our college. She expressed the hope that through exchanges, they could deepen understanding, learn from the mature experience of Changsha University in scientific research management, and strengthen academic exchange and cooperation.

Zhang Shiying welcomed the visit from our college and introduced the basic situation of scientific research work at Changsha University. Chen Yan, the director of the Office of Science and Technology at Changsha University, detailed Changsha University's experience and practices in managing scientific projects, performance assessment, and other aspects. Following this, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on issues such as scientific research project management, research platform construction, innovation in scientific research systems, and personnel assessment.

This research and exchange visit played a positive role in further enhancing the scientific research management capabilities and improving the level of scientific and technological services of our college.
