On the afternoon of September 9, Deng Man, director of the Scientific Research Organization Division of the Social Sciences of Hunan Province, and Chen Wei, director of the Provincial Situation and Countermeasure Research Center, and a group of 7 people came to HNMMC to carry out the volunteer service activities on thematic Party Day of "I Do Solid Work for the Masses". More than 30 teachers participated in the event, including Lei Junlin, vice president of HNMMC, relevant personnel from the Scientific Research Management Office and other departments, representatives of the project hosts and project applicants.

This event focused on the theme of "I do solid work for the masses", and conducted in-depth learning and exchanges on the subject management and research of the Hunan Provincial Social Science Achievements Review Committee. The director of the Scientific Research Management department gave a brief introduction of the project management of the college to director Deng Man and his entourage, and cordially requested the Social Sciences Association of Hunan Province for constant support and guidance to the college. Deng Man delivered a speech to introduce five functions of the Scientific Research Organization Office of the HNSS, putting forward the four elements of high-quality application projects and three suggestions for the scientific research management of the college.

Lei Junlin extended a warm welcome to Deng Man and his entourage. In the free exchange session, representatives of young teachers shared their thoughts enthusiastically and consulted on the related issues of project application and research. Deng Man and his entourage did their best to give professional guidance. The meeting room was covered with an animated atmosphere. The teachers were benefited a lot and made their commitment to contribute to the high-quality development of college’s scientific research.
