On December 9, our college and Higher Education Press held a signing ceremony in Conference Room 203 of library. The two parties focused on cooperation in areas such as textbook and teaching resource development, and explored new pathways for the integration of publishing media and vocational education. Mr. He Zhanbing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee as well as President of the college, and Mr. Ye Bo, Deputy President of Higher Education Press, attended and delivered speeches. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Shen Jianfei, member of the college’s Party Committee and Vice President.

Mr. He Zhanbing stated that establishing a strategic cooperative relationship with Higher Education Press is a key initiative for the college to implement the Outline of the Plan for Building a Leading Country in Education, deepen the “three reforms” (teaching materials, teaching methods, and teachers), and advance the construction of the “Double High-level Plan”. He expressed the hope that both parties would take this signing as a starting point to jointly create a number of exemplary and leading cooperation outcomes, providing strong support for cultivating creative technical and skilled talents who can adapt to the development of the cultural industry.

Mr. Ye Bo pointed out that Higher Education Press takes serving the national education strategy as its mission, and that the college is distinctive and influential broadly. He stated that Higher Education Press would fully leverage its comprehensive advantages in textbook research and development, digital publishing, teacher training, and platform construction, and engage in pragmatic cooperation with our college in areas such as the development of professional teaching standards, new‑form textbooks, smart teaching applications, and faculty construction. Together, they aimed to build a new ecosystem for the integrated development of “publishing + education”, and to contribute to the high‑quality development of media‑oriented vocational education.

Subsequently, representatives of the two parties signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. According to the agreement, the two parties would establish cooperative relations in various aspects, promoting the connotative development and innovative practice of media vocational education.

Representatives from the college’s Organization and Personnel Department (Faculty Affairs Department), Academic Affairs Office, College‑Enterprise Cooperation Office, International Exchange Division, relevant secondary colleges, along with faculty members, attended the signing ceremony.
