Recently, the Hunan Provincial Department of Education issued the “Notice on Announcing the List of Construction Units for the 2025 Hunan Provincial Vocational Education Teacher Innovation Teams”. Our college was successfully selected for two Hunan provincial vocational education teacher innovation teams, and one national‑level vocational education teacher innovation team under construction was simultaneously included for continued support as part of the teacher innovation teams.
The two selected teams are based on the Interior Art Design program and the Computer Network Technology program, respectively. The team under construction is based on the Film and Television Animation program. The Interior Art Design program and the Film and Television Animation program are, respectively, an intra‑cluster program and a core radiating program of the national “Double High-level Plan” Digital Media Art and Design program cluster.
The construction projectof Hunan provincial vocational educationteacher innovation team aims to implement the national guidelines on vocational education reform and development as well as on the construction of the teaching workforce in the new era. This project plans to select and build approximately 100 provincial‑level teams over three years, highlighting exemplary leadership, supporting excellence and strengthening strong teams, promoting collaborative innovation, and driving reform. The goal is to create a number of structured teacher teams characterized by “virtuous, professional, creative, collaborative, and well-structured”, thereby enhancing the overall competence and quality of “dual‑qualified” teachers and providing strong faculty support for vocational education to serve Hunan’s “4×4” modern industrial system.
This successful approval marks a significant milestone for our college in advancing educational and teaching reform as well as faculty development. The college will take the construction of vocational education teacher innovation teams as a key lever, deeply promote the development of the “Double High-level Plan” Digital Media Art and Design program cluster, and strive to cultivate a number of leading teacher teams with international vision, industry expertise, and educational excellence, injecting strong momentum into the cultivation of high‑quality technical and skilled talents, skilled artisans, and master craftsmen of the nation.
