From November 18 to 20, HNMMC’s CCYL Committee, in collaboration with the Hunan Blood Center, successfully held the "Media's Passion, Continuing Love through Blood Donation" voluntary blood donation campaign on campus.
This event, held in the form of "voluntary blood donation + themed music charity roadshow", created a warm and caring atmosphere on campus. During the blood donation activity, the college implemented several incentive measures, including additional credits for comprehensive evaluation, "blood donation leave", and distribution of nutrition vouchers and movie tickets. The event was not only a transmission of love but also a positive call for students to take on social responsibility, encouraging more students to join the voluntary blood donation team and use their youthful passion to protect life.
As an important part of the blood donation series, the "Media Passion · Eternal Melody" themed music charity roadshow was held on the evening of the 19th in the college’s Zone 2, where popular campus singers performed passionately, using music to call for compassion. In addition, the event featured interactive segments such as blood donation knowledge quizzes and charity music games, allowing students to enjoy music while learning more about voluntary blood donation, thereby raising awareness of public welfare in an enjoyable and engaging way.
By using art as a bridge and love as a bond, the event broke traditional publicity models, effectively integrating the charitable essence of blood donation with the emotional appeal of music. This approach significantly increased the attention and participation of faculty and students in voluntary blood donation.
During the campaign, 170 faculty members and students rolled up their sleeves to donate a total of 52,000 milliliters of blood.
