On the morning of September 19, HNMMC, in collaboration with the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Kaifu District, Changsha, successfully hosted the “Dreams Set Sail, Your Career Awaits” 2026 Graduate Job Fair on campus.
The fair attracted 60 well-known enterprises, including Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Juheng Technology Group, Happigo Home Shopping Co., Ltd., Changsha Window of the World, and Yunmu Future Technology. The participating companies covered diverse industries such as intelligent manufacturing, digital technology, cultural media, e-commerce, and cultural tourism, offering 800 job and internship positions and creating a diversified “career marketplace” for graduating students.
A Career Guidance Lecture was held alongside the fair, featuring an experienced entrepreneurship mentor who shared insights on the current employment landscape, policy incentives, and emerging industry trends, while also providing practical interview tips — effectively enhancing graduates’ job-hunting skills and employability.

The atmosphere at the job fair was lively and energetic. President He Zhanbing visited the venue, engaging warmly with job-seeking students and company representatives to better understand the graduates’ career aspirations and the employers’ recruitment needs. Students eagerly consulted at company booths and submitted their résumés, demonstrating the professionalism, confidence, and strong academic foundation of HNMMC students.
Notably, this job fair was organized by Changsha Jianpin Information Technology Co., Ltd., a company founded by HNMMC outstanding alumnus Wan Xiaoming. According to preliminary statistics, more than 420 graduates and current students from the Class of 2026 attended the fair. Ninety-five students reached preliminary employment agreements, and many underclassmen also secured valuable internship opportunities — taking an early step toward their career development.
This job fair served as a key part of the college’s ongoing employment service initiatives and represented a concrete action by Kaifu District to implement the employment-first policy and support key job-seeking groups. Its successful organization provided an efficient and convenient platform for graduates and employers to connect, deepened college-enterprise cooperation, and further improved HNMMC’s employment service system — laying a solid foundation for promoting fuller and higher-quality employment for the college’s graduates.
