In order to deepen educational exchanges and promote international cooperation, a delegation from HNMMC, led by Cheng Guizhen, a member of the college’s CPC Committee and Vice President, recently visited several universities in Malaysia. The delegation included heads of the School of Film and Television Arts, the International Exchange Office, and the Academic Affairs Office, as well as faculty representatives from the Popular Music program.

During the visit, the delegation visited Elemente, New Era University College, and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), engaging in in-depth discussions and reaching a series of inter-school cooperation agreements. At the Elemente, both parties signed an agreement to establish an internship base for international students, followed by a plaque presentation ceremony. During discussions with New Era University College and UTAR, the focus was on teacher training, student exchange programs, and joint undergraduate training programs. Additionally, the delegation reached a cooperation agreement with New Era University College to jointly establish a "Chinese+ Digital Media Creative Workshop".

Furthermore, two faculty members from the Popular Music program, Wang Caicai and Liu Xianwei, were invited to serve as chief judges for the 21st NKTS International Youth Talent Competition, showcasing the professional expertise of HNMMC's faculty. The International Exchange Office also took this opportunity to hold several policy briefings on international student admissions, actively expanding recruitment channels.

In recent years, HNMMC has been actively building a cooperative network with Southeast Asia, establishing partnerships with many universities in Malaysia. This visit is an important step in further advancing high-level international cooperation and building a platform for vocational education collaboration abroad.
