On May 30, our college hosted the "Zongzi Fragrance Conveys Blessings" Dragon Boat Festival cultural event and the 2025 graduation ceremony for international students (language program participants). Xie Jingwei, Deputy Party Secretary of the college, attended the event and delivered a speech. Representatives from the Office of International Exchange, the School of International Communication, instructors of the international language program, as well as all international students and Chinese student representatives participated in the ceremony.
The event was vibrant and diverse, with international students showcasing their academic achievements through themed dubbing, calligraphy, dance, music, and other creative performances, immersing themselves in the unique charm of traditional Chinese festival culture.
At the ceremony, Xie Jingwei presented graduation certificates to eight language program students. On behalf of the college, he extended warm congratulations to the graduates, expressed sincere gratitude to the faculty and staff for their dedicated efforts in nurturing international students, and encouraged all international students to embark on their future journeys with the distinctive experiences gained during their studies in China. He hoped they would strive to become envoys of cultural exchange, globally competent explorers, and lifelong learners committed to personal growth.
