To strengthen the development of a high-quality "dual-qualified" teaching team, our college selected four faculty members from the National Teachers Teaching Innovation Team for Digital Media Technology to participate in the 2024 National "Craftsman Teachers" Innovation Team Overseas Training Program in Germany from November 10th to 30th.

The training program was organized by the Department of Teacher Education of the Ministry of Education, executed by the China Education Association for International Exchange, and implemented by TÜV Rheinland Academy. It aimed to deeply study and draw on Germany’s advanced vocational education experiences, such as the "Dual Education System", expand international perspectives, enhance the teaching capabilities and professional skills of vocational college educators, and explore a vocational education model with Chinese characteristics that meets global standards. This effort seeks to cultivate a high-quality, professional, and innovative team of vocational education "craftsman teachers" for the country.

The training provided an in-depth analysis of the roles, responsibilities, and legal foundations of vocational schools and enterprises in the German social context. It also detailed the coordination mechanisms between schools and enterprises, on-the-job corporate training, and other aspects of the Dual Education System's operational model. Additionally, the program covered various topics related to electronic information technology, including artificial intelligence software development, IT architecture, and planning.

The participating team members expressed their commitment to absorbing and refining the advanced educational concepts and teaching methods of the "Dual Education System", learning from internationally leading experiences in digital development, and integrating these insights into their daily teaching and practices. They aim to cultivate more high-quality talents with global perspectives and professional skills, contributing to the further aligning China’s vocational education with international standards and driving innovation in vocational education reform.
