Recently, the project "One Leap to Fame—Experts in Creating New Scenarios of National Style Urban IP with Integrity and Innovation", guided by our college's faculty members Fan Jinchao, Qu Shenghui, Chen Xianghuai, Zhong Feixia, and Chen Yangyijie, won a silver medal in the National Finals of 14th “Challenge Cup” China College Students Entrepreneurship Competition, marking the best performance in the history of our college in this competition.
The “Challenge Cup” China College Students Entrepreneurship Competition is co-hosted by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the China Association for Science and Technology, the All-China Students' Federation, and the People's Government of Shaanxi Province. This year’s competition attracted over 2,700 colleges and universities nationwide, with more than 3 million students participating and over 390,000 innovation and entrepreneurial projects submitted. After four rounds of intense evaluations, 180 gold medal projects, 356 silver medal projects, and 1,262 bronze medal projects were selected. Notably, 19 projects from Hunan Province advanced to the national finals of the “Challenge Cup” this year, including 9 from undergraduate institutions and 10 from vocational colleges.
In recent years, the CPC HNMMC Committee has placed great emphasis on and strongly supported the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students. The college's Youth League Committee aims to cultivate students' innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness, and innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. By leveraging high-level innovation and entrepreneurship competitions such as the “Challenge Cup,” the college has adhered to the approach of "learning through competition, building through competition, and innovating through competition". The college encourages young league members to improve their comprehensive qualities, solidify their professional foundations, face challenges without fear, and refine their skills through these competitions, striving to write a brilliant chapter in their youth.
