Recently, the Hunan Provincial Department of Education released the "List of Proposed High-Level Teacher Team Construction Projects for Hunan 'Chuyi' Action of Vocational Education in 2024". HNMMC has successfully been included in the list with two "Chuyi" Teacher Teaching Innovation Teams, three "Chuyi" Renowned Teacher Studios, and three "Chuyi" Renowned Teachers.
The two "Chuyi" Teacher Teaching Innovation Teams are based on the Digital Media Art and Design major and the Modern Pop Music major. The three "Chuyi" Renowned Teacher Studios are the Beimeng Creative Studio led by Xie Bei, the Xiao Hui "Chuyi" Renowned Teacher Studio led by Xiao Hui, and the Digital Imaging and Creative Arts Studio led by Luo Qi. Xiong Wenting, Wen Jingzi, and Zeng Dan have been recognized as "Chuyi" Renowned Teachers.
The High-Level Teacher Team Construction for Hunan "Chuyi" Action of Vocational Education is a key component of the province’s “Chuyi” Action of vocational education. The initiative aims to uphold and promote the "Chuyi" vocational education spirit of "patriotism, the pursuit of knowledge, entrepreneurship, and industrial development", continuously strengthening the teaching workforce in vocational education. It also seeks to fully leverage the leadership, demonstration, and outreach roles of outstanding teachers, promoting the high-quality, sustainable development of vocational education in the province.
The inclusion of these projects highlights HNMMC’s significant achievements in deepening educational reform and strengthening the development of its teaching staff. The college will seize this opportunity to further implement the fundamental mission of cultivating virtue and nurturing talent, comprehensively enhance internal development, strengthen the "dual-qualified teachers" model, and cultivate a high-quality, professional teaching team with strong ethical values, outstanding expertise, a well-balanced structure, and vitality.
