In the recently concluded 2024 World Vocational College Skills Competition, six teams from HNMMC made a historic breakthrough in the final competition (Higher Vocational Group), winning 2 silver medals and 4 bronze medals, returning with great success.
It is reported that the "National Vocational College Skills Competition" has officially been upgraded to the "World Vocational College Skills Competition" this year. Significant adjustments have been made to the competition in terms of duration, content, and format, with the award ratio set 10% lower than in previous years. As a result, the difficulty and intensity of the competition have increased.
In response to the new changes, the teams from our college quickly adapted, reorganizing their preparation plans, coordinating resources within and outside the college, and actively adjusting to the new competition format. After intense competition, the teams won silver medals in the Stage Design and Handicraft Art Design categories, and bronze medals in Visual Art Design, Digital Art Design, Short Video Creation and Operation, and Environmental Art Design.
During the preparation and competition period, the college placed high importance on the event, deploying resources efficiently. College leadership visited training and competition sites multiple times to cheer on the participants, while various departments provided full support for training and participation, ensuring the smooth progress of the preparations and the competition.
The results in this competition not only affirm the skill levels of the participating teams but also showcase the unique educational characteristics and strengths of HNMMC. Moving forward, the college will continue to advance educational reforms, enhance the comprehensive educational function of such competitions, and further elevate the training of high-quality technical and skilled talent.
