On October 17th, HNMMC and Minghe Group (MHG) jointly signed an agreement to establish the "MHG Industry Academy" at a ceremony held at the MHG Industrial Park. He Zhanbing, Deputy Party Secretary and President of HNMMC, and Fu Gaowu, Chairman of MHG, attended the signing ceremony and formally signed the agreement. Guo Jianguo, First-Class Inspector of the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, presented the plaque for the "MHG Industry Academy".
In recent years, HNMMC and MHG have conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on new models of college-enterprise cooperation. The two parties have carried out several joint teaching and practical activities, gradually exploring a new path of industry-education integration with complementary advantages, resource sharing, and a win-win relationship between the college and the enterprise. The strong partnership in co-creating the "MHG Industry Academy" opens up a new experimental area for talent development, teaching management, program development, faculty training, the construction of training bases, technology research and development, and college-enterprise cooperative education. The establishment of the "MHG Industry Academy" marks a new stage in the exploration of innovative models of college-enterprise cooperation.
In the future, the "MHG Industry Academy" will fully leverage the resource advantages of both the college and the enterprise to achieve resource complementarity. It will explore talent cultivation through a work-study alternation model and modern apprenticeship systems. The academy will implement joint recruitment by both the college and the enterprise, with shared responsibilities for teaching and mentoring. It will integrate training objectives, teaching content, and training methods, and promote the sharing and mutual benefit of educational resources and enterprise resources. The goal is to create a model of industry-education integration and inject new vitality and momentum into the cultural industry development in Changsha County and Hunan Province.
