On the afternoon of July 17, Liu Senlin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Tulufan Vocational Technical College, and his entourage, accompanied by Qi Huaihao, Director of the Ethnic Education Division of the Education Department of Hunan, came to HNMMC to investigate and discuss the assistance of the "Colleges and Specialities Union", and signed an assistance agreement. Liu Senlin introduced the school running and specialites construction of Tulufan Vocational Technical College, looked back upon the care and support of our college for many years with gratitude to the outstanding cadres and professional teachers sent by HNMMC to his college for their contributions in the promotion of higher vocational education and specialites construction, and looked forward to more in-depth exchanges and cooperation between the two colleges in the future. On behalf of HNMMC, Yuan Weikun extended a warm welcome to the arrival of the investigation team of Tulufan Vocational Technical College, and introduced the college’s running situation and development history. Yuan said that HNMMC would give full play to the resource advantages of related specialties, build and select the best assistance team, and strengthen joint construction and mutual sharing to provide strong support in specialities construction, teachers training, education, and teaching.

Liu Guoqing, on behalf of HNMMC, signed with Tulufan Vocational Technical College on the 2021-2023 specialities construction assistance agreement and the "Red Pomegranate" 1+1 One Heart Studio agreement.
