On the afternoon of June 29th, the School of New Media Technology held an excellent work exhibition and awards ceremony for the HTML5 Production Contest of the Party’s History Education "Youth for the Party, strengthen for the nation".

On the purpose of promoting learning by competition and accelerating application by learning, the Contest aims to inspire students' enthusiasm for the Party and patriotism, and gather their strengths to forge ahead by publicizing the knowledge of the Party’s history via the production of web page. The main content of the entries included the Party's centennial history of struggle, the Party constitution and regulations, and the moments of activities organized by the teachers and students of the college in the process of learning and education, demonstrating its ideological level, intellectual level and educational level.

This event was open to all the students in the college and a total of 23 teams' works passed the preliminary selection. The professional review teachers conducted an objective and fair selection in terms of the ideological level of the Party history education, the richness of the content, the aesthetics of page design, and the scientific level of coding. 8,927 people were attracted to participate the online voting session. In the end, the contest result came out with 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 6 excellent awards. "Youth for the Party, Strengthen for the Nation" and "For the Party's Birthday" won the "Best Popularity" Award.

The event was sponsored by the college Youth League and organized by the School of New Media Technology. It is one of the serial activities of the 18th Campus Culture and Art Festival.
