On December 15, the college held the the Supply-demand Meeting for Graduates of 2021 of Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial zone. With the theme of "Expected Moments", the job fair attracted nearly 500 graduates of the College.

The graduate supply-demand meeting was organized by the college and the Management Committee of the Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial zone, and co-organized by Strawberry V Studio. It was the second cooperation since the recruitment of the Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial zone was held last year. 30 companies from the Industrial zone provided graduates with 124 positions in broadcast hosts, network technology, short video production, film and television post-editing, photography and videography, graphic design, event planning, 3D character division, copywriting editing, and television business operations, and so on, covering all specialties of our College, with a demand of nearly 600 people.

The venue was full of intensity and enthusiasm, where the graduates held their well-prepared resumes and walked through the flow of people with confidence, looking for ideal companies. They actively communicated with employers’ HR, consulting company status, job conditions, career development direction, personnel needs, salary, contract signing and other matters, and then submitted resume with rationality and prudence. The participating companies were extremely satisfied with this job fair, hoping to strengthen contact with the college for further school-enterprise cooperation, and establishment of internship training and employment bases so as to prepare talent reserves for enterprises in advance and build a practical platform for graduates. According to statistics, nearly 500 resumes of graduates were submitted on site.

Since the establishment of the Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial zone, it has become the first national-level broadcast and television industrial zone in Hunan Province. In the future, it will build the industry’s largest IP production base, China’s first digital copyright trading center, and China’s largest video creative incubator. The settled enterprises are in urgent need of personnel in computer, film and television post-production, broadcast hosting, network technology and others, which put forward more and higher requirements for skilled talents in the culture, sports and entertainment industries, and meanwhile, brought major opportunities for the development of the college’s characteristics.

This year, the college adopted a combination of large + medium + special sessions in the recruitment, which was completely different from the previous job fairs. This supply-demand meeting is the third annual medium-sized meeting held to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the job fair, enjoying a good reputation among employers and graduates.
