On 21 November, the Exchange on the Construction of the National Professional Teaching Resource Library of Film and Television Animation was held in the School of Film and Television Art. the communication meeting on the construction of the national professional teaching resource database of film and television animation was successfully held in the school of visual arts. The exchange welcomed experts in the industry, including Nie Zhe, dean of the School of Digital Creativity and Animation of Shenzhen Polytechnic, Chen Yanxu, dean of the Department of Digital Media of Hebei Software Institute, Luo Mu, director of Hunan Manlian Cartoon Culture Media Co., Ltd., and Xiao Rubai, director of changsha Jiufang Animation Co., Ltd.. Vice president of our college, Lei Junlin, leaders of the School of Visual Art and teachers participating in the construction project attended the meeting.

At the exchange meeting, Shen Jianfei, dean of the School of Visual Art, introduced the basic situation of the school and the construction of the film and television animation specialty. He hoped that the three parties could strengthen cooperation, facilitating education and teaching work through collaboration and resource sharing in the resource library project. Dean Nie Zhe, as the project leader, introduced the current situation of the resource library construction project and made preliminary arrangements for the follow-up work. He believed that the efforts made by three parties would bring more fruitful results and mutual benefits. Afterwards, the on-site demonstration and exchange seminar of the project construction was held in the animation training room. In the seminar, teachers of Shenzhen Polytechnic illustrated the project construction foundation and construction task planning in detail and analyzed the coming work. Lei Junlin, vice president of the college, extended congratulations to the resource library project for ranking first in the project approval. He noted that the colleges and enterprises should take the project as an opportunity to further the cooperation, specifying the assignment based on the achievement they have made and making further endeavor to promote the development of teaching comprehensively.

After the meeting, Nie Zhe and Chen Yanxu accompanied by Lei Junlin visited the all-media comprehensive training room and the studio hall on the first floor of the studio building.

The National Professional Teaching Resource Library of Film and Television Animation was led by Shenzhen Polytechnic in 2017, participated by Hunan Mass Media Vocational Technical College and Hebei Software Institute. The project applied for the approval of National Professional Teaching Resource Library in March 2019 and received the project approval in November 2019, ranking first among the candidates in the second batch of 2019 National Professional Teaching Resources Library for Vocational Education.
