Recently, the 1st National Ideological and Political Theory Class Teaching Presentation Competition was organized by the Ministry of Education. Associate professor Liu Aiguo from the Ideological and Political Teaching Department of our college won the first prize in the national finals after school preliminary contest and provincial quarter-final through the network evaluation, on-site assessment, publicity on the official website of the Department of Social Education.

Mr Liu Aiguo, deputy director of the Ideological and Political Teaching Department of our college, serves as a backbone member of the “Research Institute of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”. He has been played a front-line role in teaching Ideological and Political Theory course. In recent years, the Party committee and administration of the college have attached great importance to ideological and political work and regarded ideological and political course as the main position and channel of "strengthen moral education and cultivating people", accelerating the reform of Ideological and Political course and focusing on building Ideological and Political "golden course" to achieve a series of outstanding achievements.
