In midsummer, all things flourish. On June 18th, HNMMC and Hunan Educational Television (HET) held a grand ceremony to celebrate the establishment of the "Industry (Station) -Education (College) Integration Development Center". Wang Yuqing, Deputy Secretary of the Education Working Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, Wu Yipeng, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Hunan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, Liu Wei, Second-Level Consultant of the Network Audiovisual Program Management Office of the Hunan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, Peng Wenke, Deputy Director of the Vocational Education Division of the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, Li Sanfu, Secretary of the CPC HNMMC Committee, He Zhanbing, President of HNMMC, and Lan Bing, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Director of HET, attended the founding ceremony. Nearly 500 leaders from both sides, people from all walks of life, teachers, and student representatives witnessed this glorious moment together.

In his speech, Wang Yuqing pointed out that the establishment of the Industry (Station) -Education (College) Integration Development Center is an important measure to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It is a proactive exploration to earnestly implement the overall deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council's Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Modern Vocational Education System. It is a specific action to promote deep cooperation between industry, academia, and research, driving the dual development of skill talent cultivation and the cultural media industry. Wang Yuqing stated that the Provincial Department of Education will strengthen support in terms of policies, projects, and funding in the next steps. He hopes that both sides will improve the operational mechanism, integrate resources, and make every effort to build the Industry (Station) -Education (College) Integration Development Center with high quality, continuously enhancing the confidence to promote the integration of culture and technology, and strive to bring vigorous vitality to the development of the cultural media industry in Hunan Province.

Li Sanfu outlined the beautiful blueprint for the Industry (Station) -Education (College) Integration Development Center with the concept of "Three Integrations for the Future", which includes integration, sharing, and win-win cooperation. He stated that the newly established center will adhere to innovation-driven development, construct a new mechanism for connotative construction; maintain collaborative openness, and create a new engine for circular development; and uphold a demand-oriented approach to establish a new paradigm of industry-education integration, striving to build a new productive force for the integration of culture and technology, and write a contemporary chapter of high-quality development in Hunans education sector.

Lan Bing expressed that both sides will use education as the brush and innovation as the ink to jointly create a new chapter for vocational education in the new era, embarking on a new journey together. The "Industry (Station) -Education (College) Integration Development Center" will effectively focus on four key areas: talent cultivation through industry-education integration, the integration of culture and technology, the mutual promotion of project results and curriculum teaching, and the creation of a "Hunan sample" for industry-education integration, empowering the vigorous development of both parties and exploring new paths for high-quality development in Hunan's education sector.

In hosting the ceremony, He Zhanbing emphasized that both sides will actively engage and take responsibility, gather quality resources to achieve industry-education collaboration. They will innovate talent training, refine and perfect the work of integrating industry and education, establish a leading brand for such integration in Hunan, and create a "Hunan model" for deepening the reform of the modern vocational education system.

During the founding ceremony, the mutual appointment of experts between both sides fully demonstrated the commitment of the Industry (Station) -Education (College) Integration Development Center to strengthen the construction of a "dual-qualified" teaching team, involving industry experts in collaborative education, truly promoting the fundamental purpose of "academic disciplines following industry trends and majors revolving around demand".

Guo Xiaofang, a national model teacher, chief class advisor and executive producer of Hunan Province's "I Am the Successor" online classroom, was invited as a keynote speaker at the founding ceremony. She shared a theme on Creating an Ideological and Political Education Class That Students Truly Love, using her heartfelt and simple stories to spread and practice the spirit of educators, which is also the motivating spirit of the Industry (Station) -Education (College) Integration Development Center.

After the founding ceremony, the attendees visited the Industry (Station) -Education (College) Integration Development Center. The center covers nearly 3,000 square meters of usable space. In its first phase, it will focus on six key projects: college student internships and practical training, micro-short film production and investment, integrated promotion of rural revitalization, "dual-qualified" teacher training, college student innovation and entrepreneurship, and cultural and creative brand incubation.

It is reported that the newly established Industry (Station) -Education (College) Integration Development Center will implement an integration development path in stages and steps, achieving an integrated operation of the entire process from "planning, collection, editing, review, publication, to evaluation" between both sides. It will integrate advantages in professional construction, scientific research achievements, teaching staff, and student skills, promoting the application of cutting-edge technologies such as holographic projection, VR panorama, human-computer interaction, and augmented reality in the center, striving to create a new quality productive force for the integration of culture and technology. This also represents a pioneering "front-stage and back-stage" model of industry-education integration established by our college and HET.
