Recently, at the just-concluded 2024 "Chuyi Cup" Hunan Provincial Skills Competition for Vocational Colleges, in the Stage Setting category, the student teams from the 2022 and 2023 cohorts of the Interior Art Design major, guided by teachers Chen Xiwen and Zhao Xujing from our School of Visual Art, achieved outstanding results, winning one first prize and one second prize. Additionally, they earned qualification to participate in the national competition for this event.
During the competition, the students majoring in Interior Art Design fully demonstrated their exceptional professional skills and excellent vocational qualities. Through exchanges and mutual learning with other institutions, they drew inspiration and sparked greater creativity. This competition greatly enhanced the students' hands-on abilities and practical skills, improving their competitive level, psychological resilience, adaptability in dynamic situations, and overall competitiveness in the future workplace.
