In order to actively implement the relevant spirit of the provincial education system's safety work video and telephone conference and the college's special safety work seminar for the first semester of 2024, and further strengthen campus safety work, effectively enhance the fire safety awareness of teachers and students, and effectively prevent and handle sudden fire accidents, safeguarding the personal and property safety of teachers and students, on the morning of April 26th, the college, in conjunction with the Xingsha Squadron of the Fire Rescue Brigade of Changsha County, conducted a fire safety promotion activity on campus.
During the activity, firefighters promoted knowledge about fire prevention through the "Three Clearances, Three Closures, and Three Inspections". Through practical exercises, they elaborated on the methods of using and the operation essentials of fire-fighting equipment such as fire extinguishers, water guns, and smoke masks, and guided students in on-site demonstrations.
Only by being prepared can we prevent emergencies. Through this activity, the fire safety awareness and fire-fighting capabilities of teachers, students, and staff have been further enhanced, achieving the expected results.
