On the morning of March 11th, the Separate Enrollment Working Group of HNMMC held a coordination meeting for the 2024 separate enrollment examination in the Conference Room 203 of the Library, to deploy the college's separate enrollment work. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Lei Junlin.
At the meeting, Director of Enrollment and Employment Office, Qin Weili, reported and analyzed the overall registration situation for the 2024 separate enrollment, and gave detailed explanations on the "2024 Separate Enrollment Examination Work Plan" and the "Special Action Plan for Rectifying Irregularities in Separate Enrollment". Based on the division of labor in the separate enrollment examination work plan, the responsible members of each working group reported and expressed their views on aspects such as comprehensive coordination, examination arrangements, publicity reception, fee management, technical support, logistical support, security, admission process, and disciplinary supervision,.
While presiding over the meeting, Lei Junlin emphasized the points of attention and key links in the implementation of the separate enrollment work. She urged all secondary schools and offices to earnestly study relevant policies and regulations, actively conduct investigations, keep complaint channels open, and prepare emergency plans for unexpected situations when arranging separate enrollment work.
From the perspective of discipline and supervision, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Yang Jinhui, made clear requirements for separate enrollment work. He emphasized that separate enrollment work is a major task of the college, and the Discipline Inspection Commission will be fully involved in supervision throughout. He required all departments to attach great importance to political positions, standardize procedures, and strictly prevent the occurrence of benefit transfer. At the same time, he stressed the need to strengthen supervision, strictly implement the two work plans, identify risks step by step, and establish an effective accountability mechanism.
President He Zhanbing required relevant departments to treat the separate enrollment work with a high sense of responsibility and mission. Scientific organization and careful arrangement should be ensured to guarantee sufficient training, arrangement, and implementation. At the same time, attention should be paid to publicity work, optimizing service processes, and showcasing the college's good image to candidates and society through separate enrollment work. He also emphasized that ensuring the safety of examination sites and maintaining integrity in admission are the cornerstones of separate enrollment work, and it is necessary to ensure the seriousness of separate enrollment work and uphold the good reputation of the college.
Secretary of the CPC HNMMC Committee, Li Sanfu, made a concluding speech. He put forward specific requirements for separate enrollment work from five aspects: first, to attach great importance to separate enrollment work and ensure fairness, impartiality, and openness; second, to invest deeply, devote oneself wholeheartedly to every aspect of separate enrollment work; third, to implement strategies precisely, with close cooperation among departments to ensure precise execution of the work; fourth, to provide warm services, strengthen communication with candidates and parents, and improve service quality; fifth, to adhere to strictness, abide by discipline and laws, ensure zero accidents and zero violations in the enrollment process, and adhere to the bottom line of discipline.
