On March 12th, Liu Yongzhen, a member of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Deputy Director-general of the Hunan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau led a delegation to visit HNMMC for research purposes. Shen Jianfei, member of the CPC HNMMC Committee and Vice President, accompanied the research. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the training of talents in network audiovisual industry.
Liu Yongzhen introduced the theme and significance of the research, and exchanged views with the attendees on how to better carry out the work of the Malanshan Network Audiovisual Talent Training Base established by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. She pointed out that network audiovisual industry is a new model and format born in the Internet era, bringing new experiences and achievements to people through digital transformation. In recent years, with the continuous innovation and iteration of technologies such as 5G and virtual reality, the network audiovisual industry has been advancing towards diversification, high-end, and intelligence. It is necessary to use the construction of the base as a carrier, integrate resources from universities, enterprises, and society, further enhance the adaptability and precision of network audiovisual talent training, and continuously promote the high-quality development of the radio, television, and network audiovisual industries in our province.
Shen Jianfei expressed heartfelt thanks to the Provincial Radio and Television Bureau for its long-term care and support to HNMMC. He pointed out that as a media vocational college jointly established by the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, Hunan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, and Hunan Broadcasting System, HNMMC has always aimed at the changes in the talent demand of the network audiovisual industry. Through major adjustment and optimization, curriculum system updates, deepening cooperation between colleges and enterprises, and other measures, we continuously innovate the talent training models for creative and technical skills, providing precise talent support for the development of Hunan's network audiovisual industry.
The research team also visited HNMMC's All-Media Training Room. Officials from the Personnel Department of the Hunan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, the School of Continuing Education, the Academic Affairs Office, the School of New Media Technology, and the School of Journalism and Communication participated in the research activities.
