As spring rejuvenates the earth, warmth kindles human hearts. On March 8th, under the organization of the Hunan Warm Project Foundation, Secretary of the CPC HNMMC Committee, Li Sanfu led a team to Fonian School in Dalin Village, Weishan Town, Liling City, to visit and express condolences to all teachers during a Women's Day fellowship event. Li Yunfeng, a member of the CPC HNMMC Committee and head of the Organizational and Personnel Department, accompanied the visit.
Located in Liling, Zhuzhou, Hunan, Fonian School, originally known as Dalin Primary School, was the alma mater of the renowned Chinese educator and former president of East China Normal University, Mr. Liu Fonian. In September 2014, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Mr. Liu Fonian's birth, the school was renamed Fonian School. The school has invested nearly CNY 10 million in total to improve its facilities and equipment, with the playground, plastic track, and multimedia classrooms being put into use successively. The school has become the "most beautiful village school" in Liling City and was named a "Warm Campus" by the Ministry of Education in 2023.
HNMMC has always been committed to rural education, actively supporting the development of rural education with practical actions, and has achieved tangible results in assisting the development of Fonian School. Secretary Li Sanfu, in particular, has led teams to Fonian School for over ten years, conducting multiple teaching, research, and warmth delivery activities, practicing the original mission of education workers in real work, and promoting the spirit of East China Normal University's pursuit of realism, precision, vitality, and innovation.
This visit was also in response to the "Alumni Return to Hunan" call from Hunan Provincial Department of Education, gathering the strength of alumni, linking social resources, and showing care for rural school teachers in another heartwarming effort.
