To implement the spirit of the "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Modern Vocational Education System Construction" issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, and the "Notice on Accelerating the Promotion of the Construction and Reform of the Modern Vocational Education System" issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Education in July 2023, the founding meeting of the National Industry-Education Integration Community for Digital Cultural and Creative Industry and the National Forum on Innovative Development of AIGC Digital Art Industry-Education Integration were held in Hangzhou on December 17th. Wang Renxiang, Deputy Director-General of the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, Li Sanfu, Secretary of the CPC HNMMC Committee, Jin Lei, President of NetEase Youdao, Guo Weidong, Secretary-General of the National Teaching Steering Committee on Radio, Television and Online Audio-Visual Vocational Education, Tang Yizhi, Director of the Industry-Education Cooperation Division of the Vocational Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education, Chen Da, Director of the Vocational and Adult Education Division of the Department of Education of Zhejiang Province, Yu Zhen, Vice Dean of the School of Design & Innovation of China Academy of Art, and representatives from over 200 college and corporate members attended the meeting.
The National Industry-Education Integration Community for Digital Cultural and Creative Industry is co-led by NetEase Youdao, China Academy of Art, and our college, with member units covering 24 provinces, 9 general undergraduate colleges and universities, 103 vocational colleges, and 33 industry enterprises. The community focuses on talent cultivation, teacher training, teaching resources, scientific research and innovation, skills competition, and social services as its key tasks, aiming to empower the matching of supply and demand in industry and education, and serve the development of the cultural and creative industry.
At the meeting, Tian Yuping, Vice President of NetEase Youdao, presented the "Work Report of the National Industry-Education Integration Community for Digital Cultural and Creative Industry" to the member units. Tang Yizhi delivered a speech on "Deepening Industry-Education Integration to Promote High-Quality Development of Vocational Education". Yu Zhiyong, Product Director of NetEase Youdao, gave a keynote report on "Digital Industry Transformation and Talent Demand Changes under the AIGC Wave".
Jin Lei pointed out, "I hope that through the exchange and cooperation of this conference, more NetEase technology can be brought to the industry and ecosystem, to inspire more innovative talent cultivation models and environments, rejuvenating the digital cultural and creative industry with new vitality."
Wang Renxiang stated, "The Hunan Provincial Department Education will actively support and fully promote the construction of the community, help build an industry-education integration development pattern, and jointly create a digital cultural and creative industry cluster with international competitiveness, making greater contributions to the innovative development of the country's digital economy and cultural industry."
The conference voted to pass the "Charter of the National Industry-Education Integration Community for Digital Cultural and Creative Industry " and the list of executive vice chairmen, vice chairmen, and executive member units. Among them, NetEase Youdao, China Academy of Art, and Hunan Mass Media Vocational and Technical College were elected as the chair units; 14 institutions including Communication University of Zhejiang were elected as the executive vice chair units; 45 college and corporate member units including Wacom China Corpration were elected as the vice chair units; 76 college and corporate member units including Zhejiang Business College were elected as the executive member units.
The establishment of this community marks an important milestone in the field of industry-education integration in the digital cultural and creative industry, laying a solid foundation for the development of the national digital cultural and creative industry. In the future, HNMMC will work hand in hand with all parties in the community, leveraging our own strengths, to contribute to the deepening of the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system.
