On November 15th, Mr. Tian Yuping, Vice President of NetEase Youdao, was invited to our college to give a special lecture, with over 300 representatives of faculty and students in attendance.
The theme of Mr. Tian's lecture was "Industry Transformation and Talent Demand in the Digital Art Field under the Tide of AIGC". He began by introducing NetEase Youdao's mission, vision, and core business. He then elaborated on three modules: the sweeping impact of large-scale AI technology in the industry, changes in talent demand under the AIGC trend, and the practical application of AIGC technology at NetEase. Mr. Tian discussed the application of relevant products and the development prospects of industry-university-research collaboration. In conclusion, he shared insights into NetEase's talent philosophy, emphasizing that AIGC talents are inevitably interdisciplinary and require a high level of versatility. The lecture was engaging, informative, and featured lively interactions, leaving a profound impact on the attendees.
Mr. Tian Yuping currently serves as the Vice President of NetEase Youdao and is responsible for the smart education business. He pursued his undergraduate and master's degrees at Hunan University and Sun Yat-sen University, respectively. With over two decades of experience in education informatization and digitization, and talent development, he has previously worked for companies such as Lenovo and iFLYTEK, demonstrating a dedicated commitment to the field of education.
