(the developer of Jianying, a video editing app), Communication University of China (CUC), and Hunan Mass Media Vocational and Technical College (HNMMC). This initiative is a significant measure to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Modern Vocational Education System" issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and the "Notice on Accelerating the Key Tasks of Advancing the Reform of the Modern Vocational Education System" issued by the Ministry of Education in July 2023.
