On October 28th, the Education Department of Hunan Province released the Public Notice of the Proposed List of First-class Core Courses (Offline) for Vocational Education in 2023. All 6 courses recommended by HNMMC have been officially recognized as first-class core courses at the provincial level.
Courses play a crucial role in talent development and are the main battlefield for education. In recent years, HNMMC has focused on the requirements of the "Double High" construction task, taking course development as the main focus and fundamental point of major connotation construction. We have introduced a series of incentive mechanisms and supporting policies, implemented a high-level course cultivation plan, and promoted the deep integration of information technology and educational reform, yielding remarkable results. We have recognized one national-level excellent online course, 19 provincial-level excellent online courses, and initiated the construction of 6 provincial-level excellent online courses.
In the future, HNMMC will adhere to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the Education Department of Hunan Province, persist in the fundamental task of moral education and cultivating people, continuously strengthen course development, and focus on creating a batch of diversified and characteristic vocational education "gold courses". We will further strengthen the supervision and management of national and provincial-level course projects, steadily improve the quality of course development, and lay a solid foundation for promoting the high-quality development of the college's education and teaching endeavors.
