Gathering passionate hearts to dedicate and practice the original intention. HNMMC's Youth League Committee, in collaboration with the Blood Center of Hunan Province, carried out a week-long "Warmth of Youth" voluntary blood donation campaign from October 7th to October 13th, at the Golden Coast Apartments and Block One Apartments.
Students and faculty enthusiastically participated in this voluntary blood donation activity, with a total of 905 participants and a blood donation volume of 326,000 ml. With fervent dedication and actions, they used their passion to contribute love, interpreting a sense of responsibility, and delivering positive energy to support the continuity of life.
This activity widely publicized the knowledge and significance of voluntary blood donation among students and faculty, further enhancing their awareness of this altruistic act. A volunteer from the School of Journalism and Communication stated, "Being able to use our full-hearted dedication to save lives that cannot be regained, I feel that this is a very honorable and meaningful thing. Actively participating in voluntary blood donation is not only a vivid practice of conveying life but also a social responsibility that we, as young college students, should undertake."
The warmth of love condenses into kindness and goodness, forming a warm and powerful force. This power of love has been passed on continuously. Our college will continue to encourage and advocate for more students and faculty to actively participate in voluntary blood donation, contributing greater strength to the sustained and healthy development of the national voluntary blood donation cause.
