On October 12, 2023, a delegation led by Tian Yuping, Vice President of NetEase Youdao Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., visited our college to conduct research on collaborative projects between academia and industry. The President He Zhanbing, and vice presidents Lei Junlin and Shen Jianfei accompanied the delegation during the research.
NetEase is a leading internet technology company in China, and NetEase Youdao Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary under NetEase that leverages big data technology to provide mobile internet applications.
During the discussion, both parties focused on establishing a national community for the industry-education integration of the digital cultural and creative industry, as well as a collaborative project with NetEase Youdao Industry Academy. Following the negotiations, both parties agreed to establish the "National Community for Industry-Education Integration of the Digital Cultural and Creative Industry". NetEase Youdao Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. will serve as the leading enterprise, with Zhejiang University and HNMMC as leading high-level institutions of the community, jointly striving to create a benchmark for industry-education integration in the digital cultural and creative industry. Additionally, the parties plan to collaborate on building a modern industry institute based on the relevant majors of our School of Visual Art, aiming to cultivate technically skilled professionals with innovative spirit and practical capabilities for the digital cultural and creative industry.
Tian Yuping and his delegation also toured the college's Comprehensive All-Media Training Room and other facilities. Relevant departments of the college and leaders of secondary schools participated in the research activities.
