Recently, the commendation conference for the 2023 voluntary blood donation efforts at colleges and universities in Changsha was held at the Changsha Public Health Center. HNMMC was honored with the title of "Outstanding Unit for Voluntary Blood Donation in Hunan Province". He Fasheng and Jiang Feng were recognized as "Outstanding Organizers", while Lei Jiping, Jiang Xiuying, Liang Ying, Lan Ningning, and 23 others were awarded the title of "Outstanding Individuals".
Droplets of passionate blood converge, illuminating the glory of life. Voluntary blood donation is a noble act of contributing to society and saving lives. HNMMC has always attached great importance to voluntary blood donation work, actively promoting campaigns for voluntary blood donation and organizing activities within the campus. Voluntary blood donation is considered an important practice in nurturing individuals, guiding students and staff to care for others, contribute to society, and demonstrate the responsibility of youth. In recent years, both teachers and students at our college have enthusiastically participated in voluntary blood donation activities, embodying a strong sense of social responsibility and deep philanthropic sentiments.
Taking this commendation as an opportunity, HNMMC will continue to advocate and encourage more teachers and students to actively participate, using their passion to warm more lives and demonstrating selfless dedication to showcase patriotism. We aim to make a greater contribution to the sustained and healthy development of the national voluntary blood donation cause.
It is reported that from October 7th to 13th, the college's Youth League Committee will collaborate with the Hunan Provincial Blood Center to conduct a week-long "Youth with Warmth" voluntary blood donation activity on campus.
